Websites, apps and systems built for your industry.

We build software for companies in specific industries, from medical practices to residential developers. We design, develop and maintain the systems your staff and customers use every day.

What we build

Six things we do well. Most projects combine several of them, for example a property website with a buyer portal and a CRM integration.

  • Websites

Fast, accessible company websites and property sites that lead to an enquiry, not just look good. You edit them yourself in a simple CMS.

    Next.js, Astro, headless WordPress
  • Web applications

Customer portals, booking systems and SaaS platforms. Business logic, permissions and payments designed from the ground up.

    React, Vue, Node.js, .NET
  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for customers and field staff, with offline mode, notifications and store publishing.

    React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin
  • Custom systems

CRM, ERP, WMS and MES built around how your company really works, instead of forcing it to work around off-the-shelf software.

    PostgreSQL, microservices, cloud
  • Integrations and automation

We connect the systems you already use: ERP, KSeF, payments, marketplaces, P1. We automate repetitive work, including with AI.

    REST, GraphQL, ETL, LLM
  • UX/UI design

User research, information architecture and interface design in Figma. We test the prototype before the first line of code.

    Figma, usability testing, WCAG 2.1

Industries we know from the inside

Every industry has its own vocabulary, regulations and customer habits. On each page we show exactly what we build, with working examples.

How we work

From the first call to a working system. Every stage ends with something you can see and judge.

1

Call

A free, hour-long call. You tell us what doesn’t work, we ask the awkward questions. Afterwards you get a written summary.

2

Workshop and scope

One or two days with your team. We map the process, prioritise features and agree what goes into the first version.

3

Prototype and quote

A clickable design of the key screens and a quote split into stages, with a price and a date for each.

4

Sprints

Two-week cycles. After each one we show a working part on a test environment, and you decide the next priorities.

5

Launch and care

Data migration, team training, monitoring and growth. The code and copyright are transferred to you.

Principles we stick to

Direct contact
You talk to the person who designs and writes the code. No explaining the project again to a salesperson or a new project manager.
Price per stage
A quote split into stages with a price and a date. You know what you pay for and when you get it.
The code is yours
Repository, documentation and copyright are transferred to you on acceptance.
Security from day one
GDPR, encryption, backups and access control are in the project plan, not added at the end.

Technology

We pick technology for the project, not the other way round. We rely on mature tools that will still be easy to hire for in five years.

Frontend
React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, TypeScript, Three.js, GSAP
Mobile
React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin
Backend
Node.js, NestJS, .NET, Python, Laravel
Data
PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Redis, Elasticsearch
Cloud
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
AI
Language models, OCR, document classification, assistants

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website or app cost?

A company website usually starts from the equivalent of a few thousand euros, a web or mobile app from several times that. We give an exact figure after the workshop, split into stages so you can start with the most important part.

Do you only work with these 20 industries?

No. These are the industries we know best and have ready modules for, but we also build systems for companies in other fields. Tell us what you do.

Who owns the code?

You do. On acceptance of each stage we transfer the economic copyright and hand over the repository, documentation and access.

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. We work remotely in English and Polish, and can run workshops on site when needed.

What happens after launch?

We offer maintenance packages with a contractual response time, security updates and hours for further development.

Can you help with funding applications?

We prepare the technical description, schedule and quote in the format required for digitalisation grant applications.

Got an idea, or a problem that costs you time?

Describe it in a few sentences. We reply within one business day with a proposed time for a free consultation.
