How we approach it
Off-the-shelf software is fine as long as your company works the way its maker expected. Once your team starts working around the system with spreadsheets and emails, custom software usually pays for itself faster than it seems at first glance.
We don’t build everything at once. First we pick the process that costs the most time or money and automate it in the first stage. We add further modules once the first one is running and showing results.

How much does custom software cost?
We start with a workshop and design for PLN 3,900 net. The first module, which automates your most important process, costs from PLN 35,000 net, and a complete system with several modules usually from PLN 99,000. We split the project into stages, each with its own price and deadline.
Will the system connect to my accounting software and KSeF?
Yes. We integrate systems with KSeF, popular accounting software and ERPs, and with any solution that offers an API or data export.
Who owns the software?
You do. Once a stage is accepted we transfer the economic copyright and hand over the code, documentation and access.
Can I get funding for it?
Often yes, from business digitalisation programmes. We prepare the technical description, schedule and quote in the format the applications require.
