Won’t the chatbot make answers up?
The bot answers only from your materials and can cite its source. When it doesn’t know the answer, it says so and hands the conversation to your team. Before launch we test it on real customer questions.
Which model does the chatbot run on?
We use models such as Claude, GPT or Gemini, and when data has to stay in-house, models running on your own server. We choose the model based on answer quality, cost and GDPR requirements.
Does the chatbot comply with GDPR and the AI Act?
Yes. We process data in the EU, sign a data processing agreement, and your customers’ conversations are never used to train models. Customers can see they are talking to AI, as the AI Act requires.
How long does it take to launch?
A simple website chatbot goes live in 2–3 weeks. A bot connected to a calendar, CRM or store usually takes 4–8 weeks.
Can I update the bot’s knowledge myself?
