How we approach it
A web app is the fastest way to move a process out of Excel, emails and phone calls into one place. Customers place orders and check their status themselves, staff see their tasks, and you get reports without counting by hand.
We start with a workshop where we map the process and choose the features for the first version. Then we build a clickable prototype, test it with users and only then write code. Every two weeks you see a working piece.
First version (MVP)
The key features in a short time, so you can test the idea on real users quickly.
Rebuilding a legacy system
A new version of an app that is slow or hard to develop, with data migration.
Developing an existing app
We take over a project from another vendor: code audit, a fix plan and further development.
Internal tools
Simple apps for your team that replace spreadsheets and repetitive emails.
What the service covers
We agree the scope in a workshop. These are the elements that most often end up in the project.
Customer portals
Login, order history, downloadable documents, case statuses and messages in one place.
Admin panels
Manage data, permissions, prices and content without a developer.
Booking systems
Calendars, schedules, online payments and automatic text or email reminders.
SaaS platforms
Many companies on one platform, subscriptions, recurring payments and billing.
Reports and dashboards
Live metrics, export to Excel and PDF, alerts when thresholds are crossed.
Security
Roles and permissions, audit logs, data encryption and GDPR-compliant backups.
Packages and prices
Starting prices, excluding VAT. We give you the exact amount after a free call, split into stages with a deadline for each.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a web application cost?
A first version (MVP) costs from PLN 29,000 net, an extended customer portal or booking system from PLN 49,000, and a SaaS platform with subscriptions from PLN 75,000 net. We split the quote into stages, so you can start with the key features and grow the app once it starts paying for itself.
How is a web application different from a website?
A website mainly informs. A web app lets people get something done: log in, place an order, book a slot, handle a case. It has a database, users and business logic.
Which technologies do you use?
Usually React or Vue in the browser and Node.js, .NET or Python on the server, with a PostgreSQL database. We choose the technology to suit the project and whoever will develop it later.
Will the app work on a phone?
Yes. We design every app to be responsive. If you need push notifications or offline work, we suggest a PWA or a mobile app.
Can you take over an app built by another company?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, then present a plan: what to fix straight away and what can stay as it is.
