How we approach it
We start with an audit: for a day or two we look at where your team loses the most time and work out which automations will pay back fastest. Only then do we choose the tools. Sometimes a well-configured n8n or Make is enough, sometimes you need an AI model connected to your ERP.
AI doesn’t make important decisions for you. We design automations so a person approves what matters and every operation is logged and can be checked. We measure the result in hours and money saved, not in the number of tools deployed.

How much does it cost to bring AI into a company?
A process audit costs PLN 1,900 net and is credited towards the build. A first automation, such as invoice reading or handling enquiries, is usually from PLN 7,900 net, and a programme with several processes and an AI assistant from PLN 28,000 net. On top of that come model and tool costs, usually a few hundred złoty a month.
Where should a small company start with AI?
With a process that is repetitive, takes a lot of time and follows clear rules, such as retyping invoices, answering typical emails or preparing quotes. Those automations pay back fastest.
Will our data go to outside companies?
Only if you agree to it. We use services with a data processing agreement and processing in the EU, with no model training on your data, or models running on your own server.
Will AI replace employees?
It usually takes over the tedious part of the work: retyping, sorting and first drafts. People handle decisions, customers and exceptions, and the company handles more cases with the same team.
Can I get funding for an AI project?
Often yes, from business digitalisation and digital transformation programmes. We prepare the technical description, schedule and quote for the application.
